Its like god used up all the Brown on you
Its like your parents wrote a letter to santa asking for the most delicious offspring
Its like you've toiled under the harshest summer skies and have this sheer Brownness as a trophy. 
You are beautiful. 
Your features, like decimals, thousandths for hundredths , and those for tenths
Utter winged words from rounded lips
See truth with almond shaped eyes
Express pride for your african nose.

Chocolate child do not aspire to be the other hue
Black as coal
Black as night.
Be as your maker intended:
A work of art.

Giving words power

I was in the kitchen when my little brother comes up to me and says " So N*gga and K*ffir are brothers?", I wasn't shocked - dude asks a lot of questions like this - I was just diseapointed that he already knew these words without their history or meaning. I sat him down and we thought on it for a minute ; I didnt know where to start, do I tell him about racism and oppression first or respect and anti-ignorantness?
