Day 3

Water! Water! Water ! That's what ive learned and the next ten days will be without starch. Ive also learned that eating on the go will result in me eating fastfood or eating food fast so rather eat before and after going somewhere.

Day two

More physical activity no change to diet yet: So besides drinking more water and taking stairs rather than the lift AND getting off at the bus stop after mine so that the walk home is longer....I haven't changed wt I eat...which will be the next step for the second 10 days. All in all a good effort was made today.

Day one

Today got off badly!  Woke up late and got to work late BUT I had a healthy lunch packed...unfortunately my darling partner thought to surprise me with chocolate. I can never say no to Cadbury...first day wasn't an epic fail I just failed this test.

Food : diet

The first thing to change should be diet, a balance must be found to achieve my goals. I'm aiming at my belly not my hips, backside or breasts. More research needs to be done on this one....mhm... more on this much later.

Fighting fit

Its official , I am way past curvaceous; I am phat. I love my curves and mounds but I would also love to be healthy.  I'm deciding to make this weight-loss thing personal, I'm attacking this extra fat so that I can be left with the beautiful phat. Its starts here 02/07/2014
